By making a booking with Santorini Round Tour you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

Confirmation

Submitting a Booking or an Enquiry request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Nothing is confirmed until we send to the Client a confirmation (via email) of the specific tour/transfer and date.

Responsibilities – Disclaimer

The tours and activities operated by Santorini Round Tour are suitable for most of the general public, but we do need to know at the time of booking or if there are any special needs or requirements.

Some of our private tours involve a moderate amount of walking, therefore we ask clients to check with us in advance if they feel this may be an issue.

If the tour includes drinks, meals or snacks the client should inform us in time for food allergies.

The company reserves the right to change the tour itineraries or routes if necessary.

We cannot accept responsibility for events beyond our control, so the date of departure and collection timings are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur.

Smoking inside the buses is not permitted.

We may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability for the carriage of such passengers.

In case the number of passengers is bigger than initially booked, you should notify us in time. Extra charges will probably apply.

We accept no liability or responsibility for injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly, from acts of God, danger, incident to the sea, fire breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of Government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, thither declared or not, strikes, riots, customs regulations, delays or cancellations, or change of itinerary of schedules, or from any cause beyond Santorini Round Tour, control, or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient, passports, visas or other documents.

Santorini Round Tour shall not be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the purchaser as a result of the foregoing causes.

Our Buses are insured as required by the Greek law.

All of our drivers have professional licenses and required to drive for specific times per day.
